The Glossary of the Gastronautas

And because words are important, we decided to start a Glossary to share our interpretation of many of the words and expressions of the Portuguese Gastronomic Culture. Some are very simple and straightforward – Maçã is an Apple. But some entries are more complex and require context. Like most good things, it starts small and humble, but we want it to grow strong and relevant to help people around the World to better understand about our holy trinity: Food, Culture, and Portugal.

Visit the Glossary page and let us know if we forgot something. I am sure we did, but with your help we will get better.
